Fun flouncy flower dress. Pit to pit is 20" flat. Waist is 14.25 flat. Hips are open. Overlay fabric is plaid chiffon with flocked white flowers. The underlayer is a nylon satin. And built in crinoline!!! So very poufy! Metal zip, belt loops, hanger loops. The back is meant to fasten with a hook and eye at the top of the bodice, the hook has come off, although it looks very cute with the satiny parts folded down! No real flaws, the overlay seems fully intact no super stresses or pulled seems. It could stand to be cleaned.
Based on the ILGWU rage, this dress is from 1955-1963!
